Can I train during pregnancy?

There has been lots of research carried out, which shows that working out during pregnancy is highly beneficial to both mother and baby. If you are currently not training, there is no reason why you cannot begin a new ante-post natal fitness program, in fact there is evidence that demonstrates exercise during pregnancy does not harm the foetus but instead provides benefits for the mother and baby.
